Privacy notice
This notice explains how Roots2Routes handles personal information shared through this website. Last updated November 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name and email address, your phone number and organisation if you give them, the options you choose and your message.
Please keep personal and health details brief in the form. We can talk properly once we reply. If you choose to share information about your health or wellbeing, we'll use it only to respond to you and to understand what support might help.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about what support you need.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell or share them with anyone else for their own use.
If you go on to use our services, we'll explain separately how we look after anything shared in sessions.
Who processes it for us
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions. They are then sent to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Netlify may also keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep sensible records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, use the enquiry form. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
